Will you use Flickr for classroom, library or personal photos, or in some other way? How? Have you ever used another photo hosting service besides Flickr? Which one? How do the two compare? How do you feel about having your photos in a public place (note that you can mark your photos private too) -- any concerns?Ok, I think I have this figured out now. I will probably use Flickr for sharing photos and for finding photos of things that relate to what is being taught. The libraries seem fairly decent with a lot to explore. I have used other photo hosting sites to share pictures with my family. Picasa rings a bell about me using it. Flickr seems to be pretty easy to use. I don;t know that I can compare the two fairly, as they both seem fairly easy for a low level technology geek like myself. Well, I would have to say that I have been publicly exploited in the past without permission and don't really have concerns about people looking at my handsome face. I do enjoy all of these THINGS that we are doing, wish I had more time to play!!
